I just feel so sorry about your understanding of the modern economics. If you think , by asking foreign born workers to go back you can get more access to the so called "wealth" you are talking about , its time you enroll for an Economics 101 . It is your proud America that has long been shouting from the rooftops about the need to have more open borders, facilitate global transfer of knowledge and commodities . Anyway , I dont think I have to even argue with you as you need lots of orientation before I get into a meaningful debate with you . I am happy for one thing thou , that inspite of zealots like you America has had great visionaries in tha past that made this country the only existing super power in the world , else it would have been like another Eastern European country .

I would request IV core team to concentrate on new bill or some way for relief to skilledworkers like us. I dont think waiting until end of July is good option here. It is certain that CIR is not going to be there for this year..whole US world is thinking of same.

The applications recrived at TEXAS on 1st JUN started receiving recepit notices. One of my friends checks got cleared today. :confused: As per my analysys nebraska had a 6 day lag till Jan 1st. Lets see.

Is that not true? How come your friend sent it to TSC?

People with soft LUD on I-140 on 7/13 are getting their I-485 approved from TSC. Nothing concrete but a trend. Hope for the best.

I have a unique position. couple of weeks back I was told that have fatal cancer and won't live pass 4-6 months. After recovering from initial shock I am wondering if my wife will be able to continue her american dream or she will have to head home after me.
I have filed 485 with approved 140 back in june, 2007 with PD of March, 2003
Please help.

Guys, any update on your FP notices? I have written to ombudsman almost 3 weeks ago about not receiving FP notices and nothing yet...
What are you guys thinking as next step?
No update from my side. I had called last week and week before that. Apparently I got the same IO the last two times and first time she told me no FP scheduled , security check cleared. Second time she said no FP scheduled and I asked about security check and she said its still pending. Imagine same IO giving inconsistent information regarding my security check. I am not even sure to believe anything they say anymore. I am not even sure if they really look it up or not.

My PD of Dec. 2004, I think it will be late 2010 before I see my date current. I hope we atleast see May 2007 visa bulletin dates in May 2008.

Earlier only two of my I-485 checks were cashed, now all my checks (EAD, FP, AP, I-485) for my dependants and me got cashed.
Will keep you guys updated on the progress.
Since these cases are seeing daylight, I have question about FP. Anyone who has got FP (only for cases if RN received after 9th oct )?
I am planning to travel in November hence worried. If you know approx FP dates please let me know.

H1B quotas for 2001, 2002 and 2003 were 195000. Three times the norm. This could be the reason they quotas were not met during those years. Sure market conditions also helped.
I thinks EB3 INDIA will move between 9/11/2001 to JAN 2004 , because after 9/11 probably few people applied for GreenCrd because of market condition, even h1b quotas are not used for 2002 and 2003, i applied for h1b on 2004 April , no surprise the quota available because of market condition.

I never had a soft LUD on my 485 because of EAD renewal.... But one time I saw it, but my lawyers filed AC21 around the same time.... So I would think it was because of AC21.... So I was always under the impression that EAD renewal has no LUD's on 485, based on my experience
My wife got a soft LUD on 8/21. She has PD of Dec 2005 EB2 (I). It looks like some got the soft LUD on their 485 but their EAD was in process and same is the case wiht my wife. She applied for EAD renewal last month.

I got an email today from USCIS stating this
Current Status: Card production ordered.
I did not receive any other approval notice. I hope this means that our 485 is approved and the cards have been ordered ?
